Hello 2014. The year for a healthier brighter future. Thanks to those following my journey the last 10 years, and welcome to the newcomers to my website. I hope you gain knowledge and inspiration to keep going on your own journeys. If your currently going through some negative and unhappy periods, just remember that it will even out to more positive and brighter paths. These rough patches are slight obstacles that you don’t need to go through alone, and Toll-Art Therapy is here for your support and inspiration.
On a slight negative obstacle I have had my recent MRI, blood-test (which was quite stressful) prior to seeing the endocrinologist for my 6 monthly checkup. I was a little concerned about what my results would show. I have had a few dizzy spells, feeling lethargic, stressed and severe periods of anxiety. Like any visit to the endocrinologist, I remain positive and hope for great news. Unfortunately the results weren’t very good. According to my blood-test my stress levels Cortisol were extremely elevated since my last visit ( from 586 nmol/L ~ 655nmol/L ) and the Prolatin levels increasing at a higher rate than over the previous few visits (from 1474 mIU/L ~ 1996 mIU/L ). Also my cycle disappearing for 14 months was a concern to the specialist. Being unhappy with the results, both myself and the specialist, the next part of my journey includes some tablets to take over the next 6 month and consider the pill or a chemotherapy medication to lower my levels. Another concern for the specialist is to attempt to gain about 5-10 kilos to increase my fertility to help with starting a family. (This is definitely the last thing on my mind. I do not want to have a child. I don’t have the maternal instincts to start a family. Working in Retail certainly shows that it puts me off even more when I see feral kids and screaming babies that get on my nerves a great deal. )
To deal with these not very good results, I have chosen to alter my diet to improve my health, search for alternative to reduce my stress and anxiety as best I can, and perform more Art Therapy skills for healing. Also to reduce any negativity from my environment being socially, mentally and physically, by bringing more positive people, thoughts and energy into improving my brighter Art Therapy future.
