After my previous visit to the endocrinologist in December, I am on my healing journey and new treatment once again. Refer to my previous posts for my healing journey over the past 11 years and the growth of Toll-Art.
Currently for the past 4 months I have been taking a chemotherapy tablet to reduce my levels and prevent the tumour from growth in the pituitary. Having quite a few side effects from the chemo tablet, I have been quite determined to stick it out and deal with the side effects in order to heal.
Even though I have felt awful, not being able to drive or attend work, I am remaining positive this new treatment is helping and I get some great results.
I had a recent visit to the endocrinologist and to my surprise the chemotherapy is working but not enough. The endocrinologist was very pleased with the results from the blood test but still need to do a little more healing on myself. The blood test results showed the levels altering from 1215 mIU/L to 1234 mIU/L, with a slight increase but nothing to be concerned about as this can happen while the tablet is helping with changes in the pituitary.
Also the results for my stress levels are still extremely high and have been for a long period of time which I need to focus on ways to reduce this. The endocrinologist suggested natural remedies and activities.
My healing journey for the next 4 months is to continue the chemotherapy treatment and concentrate on ways to lower my stress levels.
