For the next few months I continued to see the physiotherapist for ongoing treatment. My strength and pain threshold is only minimal, headaches aren’t too bad and the physiotherapist is really helping relieve these symptoms. In December 2008 I had stretched out my physiotherapy sessions to once a month. The Physiotherapist and I are quite please with my progress and is happy for me to take a break over Christmas and see how I go. As long as I keep up the strength exercise and minimize any aggravation with lifting or my posture (making sure when I use a computer, laptop, or read a magazine I don’t hunch over for long periods) and I take regular breaks. I will continue to have ongoing treatment whenever the pain returns, and it is too intense to let it heal on its own, that I need to have another physiotherapy session.
