Over the next few months up until Christmas of 2007 I attended Physiotherapy sessions twice a week then once a week. Each session consisted of ultrasound treatment to relax the area, then massaging the area by applying quite a bit of pressure to get deeper into the muscle tissue to alleviate the compression of the nerves. It was indeed a long process. In 3 months I made very little progress so the physiotherapist decided to use some Acupuncture needles in my neck and then massaged my neck. These treatments left me quite sore but I know it will eventually improve. I move to Pakenham over Christmas so I decided to have a few weeks break from my treatment while I move into the new house. Early January I had a couple more appointments in Mornington then decided to find a Physiotherapist in Pakenham and possibly a different approach may improve the pain and alleviate the issue. Toll-Art artwork ideas in the making but with restrictions I hope to be able to resume and get my creative flair happening soon.
