In July after I had an Ultrasound at Beleura Hospital and a CT scan at The Bays Hospital in Mornington I had an appointment a week later to find out all these test results. During my consultation with the local doctor she explained to me that the Nerve Conduction Test has come back with the findings of a Left Ulnar Nerve Lesion in my elbow. The CT and ultrasound has discovered I have Thorasic Outlet Compression in my shoulder and neck which is also called Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. The Hand Therapist results came back as and the TOS is causing the nerve pain in my hand and can’t be fixed with hand therapy and recommends I see a surgeon. The next step is to see a Vascular Surgeon to see if this issue could be fixed with surgery or physiotherapy to be maintained every few months.
